Old Wyndham buildings going up for sale - anyone know what's planned?

Drove past a couple of the empty timeshare buildings this weekend and it got me wondering, so I went looking. Five of the old Club Wyndham complexes (Fairways Townhouse, Mountain Ridge, Mountain Meadows Villas, Cliffside Lodge II and Hamilton Cove) went through Chapter 11 earlier this year, and now Hilco is marketing all 205 units. Buildings are from 1987 to '94 on around 26 acres. Here's the flyer: Hilco flyer, former Club Wyndham Fairfield Bay

What caught my eye is they say condo conversion, multifamily or hotel use are all possible. Those would be very different things for the Bay. A hotel is one kind of traffic, apartments are another, and condos people actually live in are something else again. I also wonder who ends up taking care of the pools, because nobody likes looking at a green pool all summer.

I follow the school board stuff more than anything, so my mind goes to the tax base and whether more full-time residents would mean more families. But honestly I'd just like to see those buildings used again instead of sitting there.

Does anyone know more than the flyer says? Has the city or the POA said anything, or heard any rumors about who's looking at them? Would love to hear what people think should go there.
